	Philip Stolworthy - Sales and Lettings Director

	Philip Stolworthy has been a recognised face of experience on Whiteladies Road for over 15 years. His friendly and genuine approach towards his clients has grown his business from its humble beginnings into a strong recognised brand that people from all walks of life find easy to recommend and return to. He's a dedicated long distant runner and is a firm believer that good discipline in whatever you do is the key to winning. His office motto " Everything sells, our job is to find the buyer".

	Paul Kingston - Land Director

	Paul Kingston has owned and run a stream of successful estate agents over his 25 years in the property market and along with Cameron Gray formed www.landdevelopmentbrokers.co.uk in 2010 and joined forces with Cliftons to head Cliftons Land and Development Department in 2011. His expertise in both residential property sales and development has brought an even greater depth to Cliftons which other companies would find difficult to match. Paul states “If you are realistic about the market and what you have to sell you will always find a buyer. There are only two reasons why something doesn’t sell and that’s either its price or condition. If you haven’t sold you need to decide which one of these you need to change in order to do so?”

	Julie Stolworthy - Director

	Julie Stolworthy has been involved with selling property in Bristol since the mid 90's and has such energy and enthusiasm in all she does. This infectious approach to life installs all that meet her with great trust and belief in her ability to achieve success. With such a winning personality and passion to succeed for those that believe in her, clients quickly become friends. 	Troy Budd - Negotiator

	Troy Budd started with Cliftons as a negotiator in April 2011 and has quickly established himself as a great asset to the sales team. His charm and friendly manor mixed with a real enthusiasm and flare for the job has brought praise from our clients and a happy stability to the union of the office. His immaculate grooming and big smile really brings home his motto “To always be the best you can be”. 	Jack Solcombe - Negotiator

	Jack Solcombe the youngest member of our team is highly motivated in all he does and this comes through in his results. His polite and friendly manner has proved to be a winning combination in achieving such high viewing results for many of Clifton’s clients that he is a real asset to the company. Studying to become a qualified surveyor he has a genuine interest in all the various properties that come on our register, he is worth his weight in gold when it comes to writing the property descriptions.
